Katie is a fully qualified and highly sought-after Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist and Professional Piercer, proudly working from a private studio in a beautiful salon, House of Beaux, Didcot, South Oxfordshire.
Where it Started for Katie
Katie kickstarted her career in permanent makeup (PMU) back in 2019, training in the digital method of eyebrow tattooing—perfecting advanced techniques such as Powder Brows, Ombré Brows, Hairstroke Brows, and Combination Brows. Since then, she has expanded her permanent makeup services to include lip blush and all styles of eyeliner.
Training with only the best educators and mentors in the industry, Katie is proud to boast over 16 professional qualifications/certifications, staying at the forefront of her field through advanced hands-on masterclasses and webinars. Special thanks to industry leaders Layla Hinchen, ID Liner, Tracie Giles, Stefanie Toms, to name but a few. Katie is also a member of The PMU Circle.
Alongside her permanent makeup work, Katie has become the go-to ear & body piercer in the area. Qualifying in 2022 and having all the necessary licences granted, she is known for looking after her clients, strictly adhering to all hygiene regulations and withholding the appropriate local authority licenses to perform such treatments, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and client care. Her piercing services are performed using only the highest quality medical grade Titanium jewellery and single-use, sterile instruments and needles, not guns, minimising trauma to the skin and promoting faster, cleaner healing.
