By booking an appointment, you agree to the business policies and booking terms outlined below.
Booking Fees (deposits) – All bookings require a set fee to be paid upfront to secure an appointment. This is deducted from the total balance on the day and the remaining balance is due in full. The only exception for a refund is if an allergic reaction occurs (see patch testing policy).
Late Arrival – If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to turn you away and you will be charged in full, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Rescheduling – You can reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment, no charges will apply, fee will be transferred. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will result in you having to pay a new booking fee. You must reschedule your appointment at the time of notifying and in full (e.g. if you were booked for 2 treatments, you must rebook both, not just 1) otherwise the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows – Cancelling your appointment at any time will result in you losing your booking fee. Within 48 hours of appointment = 50% charge. Within 24 hours = 100% charge. Failure to pay any monies owed, the no-show policy will be enforced. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-shows) you will be charged in full and if the balance is not settled, future bookings will not be confirmed.
Patch Testing & Allergic Reactions – Patch tests are compulsory for all permanent makeup and tint/perming treatments. You will be turned away if you have not had a patch test and will be asked to pay in full for your treatment. Permanent makeup treatments require a consultation at least 48 hours before treatment and all other beauty treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment. If you think you are having an allergic reaction, photographic evidence must be provided immediately when reaction shows, delaying informing us will result in you losing your deposit.
Age Restrictions & Government Issued Photo ID – No children in the salon please unless they are the client. Age restrictions and photo ID requirements are clearly outlined in the description of every treatment/service, please read this information provided at the time of booking as it varies per treatment. Only government issued ID is suitable – valid passport/driver’s licence/citizen ID card. Birth certificate is required if the surname of a minor is different to that of their parent/legal guardian.
Chaperones – We kindly ask that you attend your appointments alone when possible, however if needed one supporting adult is welcome. Please notify us in advance of joint/group bookings so we can do our best to accommodate these safely. If the appointment is for a minor, their parent/legal guardian is required to attend the full duration of the appointment. No other siblings/friends/relatives etc.
Card Capture Policy – When making an appointment with us, you authorise us to charge a booking fee/deposit using the card details provided. Those card details are captured and securely stored on your account in the event that a charge has to be made for failing to adhere to our policies which are explained at the time of booking. We use Stripe payments system which is a safe and secure way to store your card details.
